‘all city’ is essentially an online community which allows users to virtually ‘paint’ graffiti at various locations across a city which can then be viewed by other users. It allows people to illustrate their pieces without having to actually venture out and get their hands dirty, as well as providing a worldwide platform for feedback and rating.

Basically it’s an area for artists to easily show their pieces to a wide audience, as well as a tool for upcoming artists to develop a sense of style based on comments they may receive, before committing paint to a wall.
